“Are you forever forgetting birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates? I was until I built this web site - now I remember to send a card on time, make a call to the relatives or buy a gift for my other half. It works so well that I've decided to share my free and simple email reminder service with everyone.” Paul W H Midcalf
Free! - and guaranteed no spam
Where's the catch? I'm sorry to say there isn't one! A few well-chosen on-site sponsorships from gift companies will ensure the continuing success and growth of whensthat.co.uk – and don't worry as we promise not to sell, give or use your details for any other purpose than reminding you of those all-important dates. “I hate spam” is a remark regularly made by myself! |
Simple but effective
Just register on the left of this page, click the link on your account activation email and then start adding names & dates to your reminder calendar. whensthat.co.uk sends one email reminder “x” days beforehand (you choose “x” from between 2 days and 4 weeks) and a second email one day before every date in your calendar. This cycle repeats every year unless you decide to remove the reminder. |
Nothing to download - accessible anywhere
No more copying birthdays from one calendar to another, or scribbling into a fresh diary year after year. All of your dates are stored on our secure server – and there's no downloading any programs or installing software. Just hassle free access to your whensthat.co.uk account anywhere, anytime using your unique username and password. |
“What if I don't know somone's birthday?”
Then you'll find a use for this feature! Enter that “someone's” email address in the “ask birth date” panel and they'll be sent an automated email to complete. All they have to do is fill in the day and month of their birthday and current age (which is an optional entry!). Their birthday will then appear like magic in your reminder calendar. |
